Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: Delivery times vary by destination. Please allow additional time for customs processing.
Please note these are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and other factors outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
During peak periods (such as sales, holidays, or new collection launches), processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed of any significant delays.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Sculpt Studio is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.
Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
