Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every Sculpt Studio piece. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition with no signs of use
All original tags still attached
Returned in original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help with an exchange. Please contact us at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com to arrange your exchange before sending anything back. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will send the correct item as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

How to Start a Return

Email us at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm your return is eligible and provide a return authorization along with the return address.
Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Returns are accepted by request only. Do not send items back without first receiving a return authorization from us.
