Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested immediately after placing your order. Email us at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make any changes.
I haven't received an order confirmation — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com and we'll resend it.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes! We regularly restock popular styles and colors. Follow us on social media or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when items are back in stock.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For US orders, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $75.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at sculptstudiowear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization with the return address. Please do not send items back without receiving authorization first.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my item doesn't fit?
We can help with an exchange for a different size. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out — subject to stock availability.
Sizing
How should seamless activewear fit?
Seamless activewear is designed to fit close to the body with a compression feel. It should feel snug but never restrictive — you should be able to move freely through your full range of motion. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
Where can I find size guides?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the guide before ordering.
Products
Will the leggings pass the squat test?
Absolutely. Our high-density fabric is specifically designed to stay fully opaque no matter how deep you go. We test every fabric for this before including it in our range.
How do I wash my Sculpt Studio activewear?
Machine wash cold with similar colors. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. To extend the life of your pieces, we recommend turning them inside out before washing and avoiding fabric softener, which can break down performance fabrics over time.
Are your fabrics eco-friendly?
Some of our styles — like the Sculpt & Flow Set — are made from eco-friendly Spandex/Nylon blends. We're always looking to improve our sustainability practices and will continue to share updates on this.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as any additional payment options available at checkout including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and more.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions on sculptstudiowear.com are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your payment information.
